Is it a 2 stroke engine? Not up on older bikes to be honest.

2 strokes are far better for power than newer 4 stroke 125s (I know I've got one Laughing). Tuned properly it'll cream pretty much all new 125s.

Shame they like to explode often though Wink

Yeah with some good TLC it'll look pretty good. Plastics are expensive though - looks like it's been down the road on the left hand side?

2 Stroke 125s are good for sometimes double the power of a 4 stroke 125 so you'll probably be good for 85-90?

My YBR125 does 55 but then I'm 16st Laughing

Well if you're going to respray things, you're gonna want to dismantle the bike, I suppose?

They're pretty fast. The power different from a 4-stroke 125 is awesome.

It can be more fun than a bigger 4 stroke as you really have to work the gearbox to keep in the power band so its plenty of work but all good fun if that's you're thing!
Power delivery is different to.
I do like my NSR Smile

Only fear I may have been corrupted by the sheer power of my cbr600 Sad

Four-stroke 125s don't have a band of power to keep in, just a band of pure bore.
