Hello I'm buying the above bike this Wednesday and I'm a little confused on how I'd mix the fuel and oil. I read through the owners manual and it didn't mention how to mix it.

Also, anybody know of the MPG of it?

Fuel and petrol? You mean fuel and oil?

It'll be in the manual for the mixture ratio.

sorry they are a bit pants.

They have a tank for 2 stroke oil next to the fuel tank... Keep it topped up. And ensure the oil pump is set correctly or expect massive seizure in an epic way!

Mpg is reasonable. Perhaps 50or 60... 2 stroke bruv

Be pragmatic, buy decent fully synthetic oil and keep the bottle in the under seat compartment. Keep eye on levels at every fill up of petrol and top the oil up. When your bottle runs out replace it then rinse and repeat.

This was over 10 years ago I owned this so specific details escape me. I was a keen 17 or 18 year old boy who after a service where the pump was set wrong by the mechanic the bike ran lean at high RPM and massively shit its self one day. I bought a Yamaha SR 125 and passed my test soon as possible and then went onto big bikes within a year of buying the speedshite. Big lesson for me on buying vehicles and on types of vehicles.

A little 4t geared bike is a far better buy.

I used to check mine every couple of days, doesn't take long. The Halfords oil that Boxing linked you to is fine, I used that for almost 2 years and have used it more recently on another 2 stroke. Its often in a dark red bottle rather than the grey one displayed on the website picture, in case you struggle to notice it on the shelf.

MPG was about 70 for me IIRC.

2 stroke oil. You want to buy stuff that says 2 stroke on it. Don't go near 10w40 or anything like that... that would not benefit you at all Shocked
