Hi all, just signed up to the forum so here is my first question!

I'm currently rebuilding a 1992 KMX125 with a 200cc engine it was a runner but a wreck so this is a nut and bolt job. Now iv just put in a wiring loom and now its lost its spark (sort of) on the kill switch it sparks once on off and then nothing, I switch it to run and kick.. Nothing.. then back to off and kick.. sparks just the once again and so on like this. I hope iv explained that well enough for anyone to help me with what it may be!!

Thanks in advance, Sam

If it sparks when the kill switch is off....even just the once when you kick it then your kill switch is not working properly or the new loom is wired up differently. Odd one!
