I was wondering guys am I running the mhr rep at it's full potential with my set up?

You could always try nitrous.

The more you tune a bike, the less reliable it becomes. Whatever you do to that bike, a YBR125 will seem fast afterwards. Save your money and buy a nice RS125 or similar next year.
