(Looked like it) Greenwich - Stolen Scooter?

So long story short, I was in car park when I saw a scooter go past.

What caught my attention was that there was no number plate, at least some of it. The number plate looked like it's been snapped off and the remaining of it was left hanging.

There was also a passenger. They looked like they were in a rush. Normally i'd think w.e he probably lost his plate but they went right through a red light speeding...

I attach a link to google maps of the exact place I seen it go (they turned right at the lights).

I understand it might of been a guy in a rush riding like a utter twat... but maybe it has been stolen and who knows, maybe this will help the guy find the guys or the bike?

Maybe I'm exaggerating a little but it seemed proper dodgy to me... two guys riding a ped like utter twats through red lights with no plates...

Just so we're clear. You've come to the conclusion that a bike must be stolen because the reg plate is damaged, there were two people on it and they were riding badly (in London, I'm shocked)?

Hypothetically if it was stolen, you haven't said the bike make, model, colour, reg (or part of), descriptions of the people riding it, date, times. Not much for anyone to go on really is it?

SCOOTER STOLEN SOMEWHERE

Ok, apologies for the lack of detail. Here is what I can remember;

- There was no REG numbers, only a corner of the plate.
- The bike from behind looked like it was a honda PCX.
- One of the guys had a flip up helmet I believe... or a half face helmet.
- None of them seemed to have any motorcycle gear on.
- I think it one of them ( the passenger most likely) had a dark grey body warmer.
