Bendy's bike used to look like this.

The exhaust was being a bit of a pain to remove, tried everything so I think that I decided to try and make the metal slightly thinner so that it would be easier to undo and it didn't quite work. It became more problems and I ended up cutting the exhaust off.

It now looks like this.

Shocked

Gaffa tape or cable ties, if that doesn't work just buy a big dog and a gun, then hide.

Hi

Err, looks like the can is a touch wrecked. You might be able to reassemble it (after all they are just a couple of tubes with some end caps and some stuffing material) with care though.

What has happened to the link pipe?

All the best

Keith

U can re rivett a can... afterall like was said previously it is just a series of tubes..... However i would use a exhaust gasket paste on the parts that contact with each other... it can be fixed it may not be exactly the same as it was before but it is repairable...

Hope this helps ???

If u do repair it make sure it seals properly else wise it could have drastic effects....

The link pipe is meant to be all part of the exhaust and was just by my foot out the photo. Confused

So it should be repairable then with a bit of riveting, exhaust gasket and metal glue? Very Happy

Just clean up all the surfaces get your self a rivet gun.... and mark everything up so you know where your riveting...

Then once u have marked it all up and seen how its gonna go back together get the exhaust gasket stuff and put it liberally on the areas that are the edges of the can... place together rivet away etc... leave the can indoors or in a warm area to allow the stuff to set.... then check it works LOL...

Hope this helps n makes sense ???

Hmmm, will have to try and dig out in garage exhaust gasket stuff and metal glue stuff, Bendy was meant to be picking bike up tomorrow and I don't have a rivet gun so will have to manage to do it without. Doh!

Bendy has just collected her bike with no problems. Very Happy

The photo was a slight fake made using a fucked TL1000R exhaust can I have. Wasn't expect it to work quite so well, only had a couple of people notice that it's a different can, Bendy being one of them.
