So I posted a while back about the pcn I'd received from Liverpool Council. I received A letter saying I owed them 50 quid. And how to appeal it... Appeals not within 28 days of letter may be ignored. I've been busy lately. Didn't realise but 28 days passes. I sent an appeal anyway. Got a letter today... Expected the worst.

They out a ticket on your bike when it was in your car?

I wonder what the "administrative error" is.

Either way, a result, just shows it's always worth contesting. (Then again a paid for my ticket in the first place).

It says you may not park your cycle in a car park!! Odd that cos if you pay for the space it doesn't matter what you park there does it?
