Both relatively complete.

I stopped and chatted to a lad the other day in a Sportrak, he came by my work today and bought some spares for his.

What was it you was after?

Currently need a radiator and oil filler cap, would be interested in how much you want for the lift kit and the decent set of tyres.

Lift kit has gone.

Can get you a Rad and Oil filler cap tomorrow, and post them out as and when.
Will get you a price once they're off (Wanna check the rad is good).

Tyres, I want £250 for all 6 wheels (with tyres).

SJ 410. Little minter she is.
I'm picking up a set of Mud tyres tomorrow, and a full pre-built external cage for it.

Long term, will be converting to a pick up, lifting it a couple of inches, and fitting buckets & harnesses to prevent any more broken collar bones.

I opted for the SJ for simplicity. Fitting a TD engine would make things complicated.
This little thing is so simple and unbreakable, I love it.

Picked up mud tyres today. Got Only managed to get 4, as the lad had locked the 5th one in his other SJ, and lost the key.
Didnt get my cage either, as when I got there, it was still fitted to his SJ, and my generator I keep in the van wouldn't power up his grinder.

Done SO much to the SJ, making it off-road proof (if you like).

Lifted 2" on shackles. Although my next mod, is to do a 2" body lift, and revert back to standard height shackles, but go with the D-link ones, which allow up to 6" of flex either side. This will require a prop spacer, and also some custom flexi brake lines. But seems to be a popular mod.

Removed rear bumped, fitted LED lights to the tail gate, Removed bullbar, and fitted a pair of box-section bumpers for now. Will eventually buy a winch bumper when the time comes.

BF-Goodridge mud tyres, Sportrak wheels, Started making it into a rag-top pick up, Bucket seats, Harnesses (To be fitted), Snorkel and External cage to also be fitted yet.

New windscreen panel, just gotta get a glass cut for it.

Bringing it home

And outside me house

Once I've done all the patching up of the shell, I will be painting it. Outside is going to be going blue, I will re-paint all the inside, and the bed yellow.
Then the cage etc, can all go white, to match the roof and rock sliders.

I'm taking it out on Sunday.
I've not really taken it anywhere other than to and from work this week. Just a settling in period really, as I don't know the reliability or anything yet.

The service I carried out has absolutely transformed the truck!

Tristan, Was thinking about a winch. Would probably get away with a half decent 3500/4000lb unit for the SJ, as I put it on the weighbridge at work today, and it came in at 940kg, with a full tank of petrol, and me in it. Super light wight. Razz

Also, Head gasket has gone, I think. Over heats after about 10 minutes.

1324cc Swift GS engine which I've rebuilt and got ready to fit, as the F10a lump shat it's self on the first outing.

SJ Oil strainer fitted as the swift one was a deeper sump and would have probably hit my axle

Bit of paint on the block

And the engine all built up

I still need to fit the inlet manifold, and carb. But I am unsure what I am doing with the cooling system at the moment.
The Swift inlet manifold has the thermostat housing at the wrong end. For a bed mounted rad, this would be better, as it is pointing towards the back of the truck already. But if I decide to run a regular rad up front, then I will need to change to the SJ inlet, which means the carb may not work from the Swift engine, as it's an SU carb.
