Are they really anything more than a bunch of accountants nowadays?

https://www.wort.lu/en/view/hell-s-angels-leaders-gather-in-luxembourg-530f3e59e4b0577c214a1885

I'm sure that like any group there's wrong uns, but are they really worth such a police presence?

there is a scene in an animated classic from the book Animal farm
where the Pigs come to look like men & the men start to look like Pigs
when not so long ago they were diametrically opposed...

I think that's insightful... either that or you've hit your head and should probably visit the docs...

They're not getting together to discuss the relative merits of Panhead vs Shovelhead engines.

there is a big problem with Bike Gangs in some European countries. Germany especially has more than its share of serious incidents.

They have PR, they have open days, they have accountants and they have people who will put a gun to your head and pull the trigger.

And since they're all faggots, wear an Outlaws back patch.

Really, if you think back patch MCs are a joke, go and do it. Let us know how that works out for you.

Do they even exist anymore/are they going to exist much longer?

I've never met anyone who claims to be part of one...

In some places, yes.

The report doesn't say much; it could equally apply to a Bulldog prior to the 'Angels vs Outlaws shooting.

Guy rents a lockup near my garage is a back patch. Seems like a really nice guy, always says hello and gives a nod - has a lot of mates with the same patch.

I watched 'How To Train Your Dragon' with a Viking on Christmas day a few years ago. It was his DVD! Should I tell his club he likes cartoons?

It was a film about Vikings. Perhaps he just got the wrong end of the stick.

The only patch-wearers I've met are two members of Satan's Slaves on a night out in Leeds. One of them tried to start a fight with us because we gave a friendly greeting, then his friend pulled him away and apologised.

Not sure if the guy was super drunk or thought that getting kitted up in tagged up demin made him untouchable...

There were some Vikings at the Brighton Ace Cafe Reunion when we last went. No trouble that we saw and they seemed polite and friendly.

I've come across a few and they seem to be nice with general public and bikers.

It's people wearing other back patches in their area they dislike.

About 2 year ago I went on my cousins stag do and ended up in a biker bar in Manchester. Literally about 10 of us in standard clothing and all of them had back patches. Stereotyping had me thinking we would either have our heads kicked in or told to leave, but no one batted an eye lid and it was just like being in any other bar Laughing

Know a few myself,

Sound guys.

Any Angels who you talk to on the strip at the Bulldog are all sound as a pound as well.

Blokes and bikes, nothing about the patch. They are blokes after all.

I remember in our early days of biking, there was like 6 of us who rode together. We made a little group, created a logo and name and got our selves some jumpers (i know, i know Shocked).
We used to go to this biker bar and stop off for a fag and a little peak at the big bikes parked up outside. One day my mate stopped by for a drink and a cig' and he told us he got approached by an outlaw, who told him to take his jumper off and asked him where he got it from, he said we could never wear the jumpers again and that if we wanted to we needed permission from the Outlaws… Apparently he was friendly about it (doesn't sound like he was) and said he was doing it for my friends own good by warning him and taking his jumper, he never returned my friends jumper and we never wore the jumpers again ontop of our jackets lol

I've never understood why they get so hostile, especially over a bunch of 17year olds on 125's wearing some jumpers with a picture of a skull and shitty font on.

Always presumed they were on best behaviour in such situations, with a lot of the public around.

I don't understand factionalism within the biking community.

I wave to every biker I pass on the road. Many don't wave back.

Separatist hard-core 'biker groups' don't promote or represent the fundamental ideology of biking.
