I need some help.

I need a PC to use in a newly set up office, its to use for an existing business which I currently use my windows 7 laptop for word, excel accounts, invoicing, surfing. I'm think a desktop would be better but I'm not keen on Windows 8. Is it just change I'm scared of or is it really qak?

Budget is tight but I need to get as much as possible for it, any recommendations?

People will say it's fine once you stick a Win7 theme thing on it, but even the people @ M$ call it the the new vista....

I personally think the o/s is pretty good, the gui is shit.

If they had kept the win7 gui and plonked it on the win8 system it would be perfect, but no....

touchscreen.... well you wouldnt put your fingers in shit would you?
