Right, As most of you now know, i flipped my speedfight the other distroying the rear pannels...
I took a nice chunk out of the rear pannel, A nice graze (Bloody deep) on the right pannel, Fair scratches up the front right pannel and the front of the bike is also scratched to fuck as what is on the video is not ALL That actually happened...

(when video goes off, I pulled my back brake (Finally) and the bike slammed back down, Throwing me over the Handle bars and going along the road on my face!, the bike did a forward roll Shocked )

Anyway, Heres the pics of my starting the rear pannel...
Eventually I will respray the whole bike Comsic metalic black and Stone metalic silver (like the SF fuirios)

(Sorry about the Uploads, I wanted to img url them but have nowhere to host the files from...)

Fixing that lot should be no problem.
The panels that are grazed pretty deep will need some form of filler putting into them, or replacing.
The ones that are just scratched will need sanding down with some corse alu paper such as 120 grade wet & dry, then smoothing off with 600 grade, then the whole panel goin over with 1200 grade.
Any cracks can be plastic welded up.

Once the panels are prepared then you will need to get them professionally sprayed metalic black.
Nasty area's can be hidden with stickers.

It shouldnt cost the earth to do, but will take up alot of time preparing the panels.

Just been in the garage to look at my rear pannel...

Yesterday I put a blob of filler on the workbench and with my finger I smoothed over all the uneven bits etc (only VERY small amount of filler)

anyway, Goes in today to check and its still all wet...

Then I realised I didnt mix the filler with the hardener Shocked

Meaning I have to sand it all down again to get the filler off. Wat a waste of primer...

Yeh it was real easy. It dosent have quite as smooth of a finish as it did before. But with a T cut and a polish tomorow. It should have a better finish...

She looks really nice now and dosent have ONE SCRATCH! Very Happy

Ive never had a bike without scratches, They have all been scratched when I bought them...

Halfords did a buy 1 get 1 free on the spray... (its back to buy 2 get 1 free now Crying or Very sad )

It cost me about £50 to do it all (Inc the filler etc)

If id of paid for it doing profesionally I would of paid £200 minimum.

The finish isnt bad either, Shame its not as smooth as it was, But tis stil kool. And I like it (thats all tha matters Wink)

mate trust me on this, get some p1500 wet and dry or 1800 and get some warm soapy water and gently give the bike a rub over with it, the paint will then go flat and very smooth, then t cut it and dont rub too hard, trust me it will look like its come out the factory again if youve sprayed it properly.

T-cut is like a bottle of polish with a substance in it which removes a very small amount of the surface of the paint.
It brings 1960s mini cooper with origional paint back to pristeen condition Wink Laughing
