I'm wanting that new bike feel and at the moment mines a bit dirty after being abused over winter, I really hate spending hours on end cleaning and that's what she needs at the moment!

So does anyone know of any good bike valeting companies that will travel? preferably east anglia/london area.

I remember someone (chris-red I think?) used one on here that looked good and would have traveled but I've completely forgotten the name of them!

Never used them myself but have heard really good things.

Forget how much but i think its around £80 EDIT: or £60 which is fairly cheap considering what they do.

I think it's £60 not £80, you can also host for them, some even do mobile call outs (minimum of 2 bikes)...

heard good stuff about them too..

This is great! I was just about to start a topic about this after looking at all the filth on my bike from winter, which I don't really have time for, and I can't be bothered get off my self.

£60 is a bargain in my opinion Thumbs Up

I cleaned my winter sludge and ACF50 off yesterday using the following method:

Doused it with a full litre bottle of Muc Off

Bucket of hot water and a bit of car shampoo applied with big sponge

Rinsed off with a bucket of cold water

Chain paraffin'd and lubed

Callipers blasted with brake cleaner

Fairing rubbed over with car wax and microfibre cloth

The bike came up like a new penny and it took me maybe half an hour and a few quid in chemicals Thumbs Up
