Well as i was parked outside my g/f's house last year my moped got reversed into, and all that got damaged was the wing-mirror.. or so i thought, anyway was in the shed today and i thought, " wonder if old peddie will start" so fired it up FINE " cool" steve thought.... WTF IS THAT NOISE
my exhaust has been split in two just below the can and im wanting to sell it this month but i cant because of this.
It looks to thin to weld so ill have to buy a new one....new price = 62 quid any suggestions?
it rather looks like a second hand one tbh.

And the answer is......................... silver solder!!

It can be applied with a house hold gas torch and is strong as hell.

If you have a local metal works place they will do it for cheap, mine did for me espically as he's a biker.

silver solder not herd of that one how much is it ?guessing i could get it from halfords or somware like that ?

Just get someone to weld it up. Probably only cost you £10 or so.

yea i only have a stick welder, or id do it myself, this would just blow holes in it
going to go down to local garage tomorow with the bits

Had a crack in my pipe and it was stainless steel. Took it to a local bloke in Stafford(who fabricates(makes) s/steel exhausts) and asked him how much to fix it. He took it off me and said I will just take it inside to have a look a couple of minutes later he returned with the crack welded ...Proper Job too Best thing was he wouldn't accept anything for it TOP BLOKE!

If you find the right place and speak to them nice its amazing what you can get done.
