Suzuki 125 Marauder not starting.

[Merlin007]

Hi Guys, I need some help as I know very little about Motorbikes. I have a 125 Suzuki Marauder. Was running Ok before Christmas, but have not used it for a few months. Now it wont start . Battery still OK turning the engine over quite well, changed the spark plug thinking that might be the problem. Still failing to start, tried a bump start still nothing.

What can I try next ?

check you have petrol getting to the carbs.
might sound daft but you did check the petrol tap was on didn't you?
also fully charge the battery or try another battery as i'm surprised there is enough charge in it to start the bike after being left for a few months.
it may turn over, but not quite have enough in it to start.
