Last night was my old XJ650 was stolen from outside my flat. This time the chain was on, so they must have used bolt cutters. I heard the centre stand flick up and looked out the window to see four youths in sportswear running off with it into the darkness. Police attended within about 5 minutes, by which there was no trace of it.

So if you're anywhere around Sydenham in London, keep an eye out for it - picture below. The reg is PDV 64W. Unlikely to be seen on the road, even the most stupid thieves know how much CCTV and ANPR is in place. Likely to be sat on one of the local estates.

If, by a stroke of luck, anyone comes across the bike with a few youths nearby, do what you want and sell the organs on Chinese ebay.

Aw goddamit Robby, not again Evil or Very Mad

I'm not around South London much but around Central all the time... doubt they'd venture towards town though were Police are on nearly every other corner. Sorry for your loss Thumbs Down

That is properly rotten. Scabby vermin paws scrabbling at it, not giving a stuff what it is, just jizzing in their trackies because they're nicking something. Sad

FFS, what are these dimwits on, they can't even break it, it's too conspicuous.

Sorry mate, I'll have a squint round for the old girl later.

I have an idea who did it now, waiting for the local police to return my call so I can provide the details. To be honest, I'm more interested in getting the thieves arrested than getting the bike back.

Shaft, as my local bike dealer, what have you got for sale if this doesn't turn up?

Any ideas where the lizard king might be?

I did a bit of cruise round some of the local ne'er-do-well hang outs and didn't see anything.

They pushed it away, I think it was the local scrotes so no van. I've walked all the routes it could realistically have been pushed - not out of the estate, too steep. I reckon they've got a garage on the estate somewhere.

Bit of a long shot-could they have got it to the tunnel at Wells?

Which tunnel is that? Somewhere on the road or in the park?

It's the one that runs under Wells Park Road, as opposed to the one behind the basketball court.

Oh, not so long ago you could get into that tunnel relatively easily.
