clutch jumping/jerking/jolting when pulling away? SXV 450

hi everyone,

got an issue where the my aprilia sxv 450 decides to jolt, as if im dumping the clutch, even when letting it out nice and slowly?

anyone know what this could be?

background info:
have just changed the oil and gearbox oil so its all fresh (correct weight for what the bike is meant to have however unsure of previous owners use of oil?)
seems to be worse the warmer the engine gets
initially felt like the clutch was dragging when pulling away
does not slip at high rpm/wot
only happens 50% of the time, maybe more when warm
doesn't seem to happen when the engines cold/warming up

You may have the right weight of oil but is it correct type... Synthetic, semi synthetic etc?

its fully synthetic, as recommended.. however its not to say the previous owner didnt use semi or mineral...

guessing gonna have to pull out the clutch to know for sure!

hi everyone,

finally got round to getting time in the garage to lay the bike over and do some work,

i haven't been able to remove the clutch basket as i dont have a clutch puller/stop tool, however i could easy take out the plates and get a good look at the basket and the plates, springs etc.

everything seems ok to me.. theres a little wear on the basket however it is very small, ive attached photos - can you tell me what you think?

ive measured the springs - there within the minimum limit values table, and so are the plates when together... no scratches on the steel plates and plenty of grip on the friction plates too.. am stumped.. could it be possible an actuator issue? or maybe even the cable? however i have lubricated it and it seems to move nice and freely..

can you guys take a look and see if these small notches in the clutch basket are bad and im in need of a basket? or suggest any other possible causes for this?

edit: looking at the pictures blown up - the marks look alot worse than they actually are.. they barely indent the basket at all..
