The detail in this is amazing considering its made of scrap!

it was pretty bent and squashed managed to straighten some of it out but subframe is bent

wheels turn steering turns, even has a sidestand than works!

On finding stuff....

Yesterday I did find, (in the middle of the road outside my house) a large box containing 4000 roofing bolts. Then at the bottom of the road, a brand new, wrapped up, exhaust system for a Land Rover.

Both items had labels, so called the guy up about the exhaust first, (local Landy specialist). He eventually sent someone over to collect, but didn't get a thank you, kiss my fucking arse, or anything; cunts.

Then I managed to find a number for the roofing company the bolts were addressed to, they weren't interested in the slightest, unless I was willing to deliver them myself, for fuck all, (no I'm not, cunts).

Later, the guy from the company that had supplied the roofing bolts called me, and as I was going to be close to his place today I agreed to drop them off for him. He gave me a four pack of Stella and thanked me, (what a nice chap).

Tuffnells parcel express were the company that managed to shed the load, (how the fuck they managed that, I'll never know).


Cool story...etc...etc.....etc.....


Thinking about it later.....how much would the compo claim be worth.....to trip over a box of roofing bolts and bang my head on a Land Rover exhaust??

I think a lot of those type of "recycled" toys originate from Africa, originally for childers to play with but then sold to tourists. I've seen some really smart ones.

In the 70's, it was leather cowboy hats........... they were made in their billions and ended up being flogged by Africans all over Europe.

i bet the kids that had toys like yours to play with in Africa got more enjoyment out of their single ragedy toy than the kids you see in the UK who have everything under the sun
