OK so cagiva mito 125 has been rebiult and had new main bearings .
Timed all the gears up and put clutch on ,
Give the crank a spin and its spins easily by hand
Then when I put the clutch casing on and tighten up all the bolts
I go to feel the crank rotation again and it feels much stiffer to spin
Is it supposed to be like this or have I done something wrong ,
Its the 7 speed mito

I also own another mito a 6 speed and just to checkthe crank rotation by hand I took the barrel off to spin the crank and it feels the same quite stiff

Just looking for a little advice , considering that the 6 speed hasn't been touched by me in the past and was running fine .

Please help any advice will be greatly appreciated

I don't think you should be attempting to rebuild bikes.

Thanks for your pointless post ... Hope you found great pleasure in taking the 2 min out your life to try put another person down . idiot .

I know the aprilia engine off the back of my hand just cos I got a little stuck on this and wanted some advice there's always one idiot that has to try boost there post count and pointlessly comment .

I've never seen the inside of a mito engine before so its all new to me we all have to learn somewhere .

Thanks for the help NOT

to the people who are actually here to help thanks , and I've found that taking the clutch casing off and replacing the actual gasket instead of using silicone has freed up the crank and now it spins freely , the case must have been pressing down to tight on something with jus silicone in place .... Anyone ever heard of this before

There's probably a reason you've had to build so many aprilias.
And this took a lot less time to type than your little speech Laughing

Your life must be so interesting to take your time out to pointlessly post , Your boring me , go spam someone else's post , and for your info owned 5 aprilias and the reason I've had to rebuild so many is because I don't pay top money for one that's on its last legs and actually paid next to nothing for them blown up to rebiuld so I know what I'm actually sat on and have a play then make money on them .... Only got the mitos for new experience .
