Quick question - a YBR125 that I am fixing up has an issue where you can still push the bike along in gear like it is in neutral which indicates to me that the clutch has completely gone? It still selects gears fine but there's no resistance from any of them. I haven't been able to fire it up yet to check it with the engine running but I'm in two minds about doing this anyway in case it causes further damage.
I haven't stripped it down to have a look yet but just looking to gauge an opinion on what the possible causes could be? ____________________ Thundersport Pre-National Sport 600 2014 #92

I don't think there was much free play from memory, I'll have to double check tonight. Surely poor adjustment couldn't cause a complete lack of resistance though surely? ____________________ Thundersport Pre-National Sport 600 2014 #92

Check the free play and the cable was tensioned so much it was holding the clutch open, didn't think to check that...always start with the easy stuff n all that! Cheers to you and G who helped me on facebook. ____________________ Thundersport Pre-National Sport 600 2014 #92
