You can amend the details afterwards, but first check that the alarm, if there is one, has a fitting certificate. If it hasn't there's little point in declaring it because most if not all insurers required it be fitted by an approved installer before they will consider it for a reduction. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Aye, thanks Pete. Not really looking to reduce premiums as I've noticed that even with Thatcham approved gear it makes no difference. Fully aware of the lovely thing that is the postcode lottery as far as insurance is concerned
Just wondered whether that's what it was likely to be! I can only assume it is otherwise why else would there be wires there eh!? |
