Plugged in the reg number to go-compare to see how much insurance would be.

"Vehicle not found"

Do a DVLA vehicle enquiry for "W861 ORL" and nothing comes up.

The seller says he has full V5, which would seem legit on the surface of things. Would someone go to the hassle of fabricating a false plate and V5 just to sell a ped for a few hundred quid?

I'm confused.

It comes up on the DVLA site. Click on 'other' then manually type in 'Vespa'.
