Does anyone have the above mentioned helmet?
Im looking at getting one but it states it has a seat belt fastener and a DD one.
How does that bloody work?

I hate DD fasteners with a passion, so really dont want to get it if its going to be mainly the DD one.
And one able to shed some light on this, as no matter how i search i cant find any pictures of the fastener.

My main helmet at the moment. Cheap and does the job Thumbs Up

Not amazingly quiet windwise but certainly wouldnt consider it noisey either, for the price especially i'd be happy with it. Can post some detailed pics when i'm home from work in the morning.

Mines a seat-belt button release model.

Couple of general pics on my post here

I don't think I could go back to either DD or seatbelt after getting used to using a micro-adjustment one like some moon-man from the year 3 million.

Nothing wrong with DD fasteners, unless it's on a cheap shit helmet with too small, sharp edged D rings and a strap that is too stiff and short.

I'm not sure if you can figure anything out from that image, but I found that image on google images when I searched for Viper RS-33.

So could you use the excess strap after the clip section for the DD if you didn't want to use the seat-belt, do you think?

You should be able to remove the male-seatbelt part by unthreading it from the strap, then I guess just use the strap with the D-rings.

Only worry would be presuming the female-seatbelt bit remains could you get it tight enough on the D-rings without that bit being dug into your chin area [does look like the padded tab area would cover it a bit though].
