There must be a logical explanation, but assuming the video isn't doctored I've got no idea where it came from! Can't see any cars at the beginning that could be the one that seemingly appears.

The thread on Reddit for this had a gif with the solution, but now I can't find it. Basically an incredibly co-incidental camera angle concealed where the car came from and the only way to see it on the video was to slow it waaaay down and follow all the headlight reflections on the ground.
