BCF Bike Picture Challenge 2014 Round 3

Take a picture of your bike with the object or place named by the previous winner, and then set the next challenge for great karma. The goal is to encourage people to ride out, so please make challenges clear and achievable by most members.

Challenges that require other people or props or that can be satisfied by taking a picture of your bike in the driveway or garage are generally frowned on.

Rules:

1. Has to be YOUR motorcycle.
2. Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.
3. Challenge is good for one week. If nobody gets it by then, please select a different challenge.
4. Challenges must be legal and Safe For Work.
5. If you comment rather than post an entry, then please repeat the current challenge at the end of your comment, especially if you start a new page.
6. No repeat challenges within this thread. You can repeat challenges from previous rounds.
7. Only one person can win each challenge and set the next one. Challenge setter to resolve any disputes, or failing that, three Thumbs Ups from other members wins it.
8. If you want to show a late entry after a challenge has been won, then please only post a link to the picture. Do not actually show your image directly as it's confusing.
9. Challenge round ends after 100 challenges have been completed.

Previous challenges:
2013 Round 1, winner Marmalade
2013 Round 2, winner whitedevil
2013 Round 3, winner villain1973uk

2014 Round 1, winner Banger
2014 Round 2, winner Dave70

New challenge: Your bike on / near a narrowboat

I wouldn't be so sure. There's sometimes one or two down the Quay. Was going to go back out earlier and have a look but, couldn't be arsed as my bike keeps playing up at the moment and will be off the mechanics tomorrow Crying or Very sad

I may pop down to the quay first though, unless someone else gets it first.

They're under Starter's Orders . . .

. . . aaaaand . . . THEY'RE OFF!!

And Dave70 gets off to a flying start by failing to adhere to Rule No.5
i.e.
Your bike on / near a narrowboat

On a narrowboat? Have you seen most narrowboat owners these days? They get pissy if you do so much as cough near their boat, let alone wake them up trying to get your bike on its roof Wink

Either way, I fancy a McDonalds breakfast.. I'll see if I can detour by the canal to get a snap on the way!

Here we see the wild Narrowboat in its native environment.. Shh, becareful not to wake it.

This is as close as I could get without either falling into the canal or driving over glass... Squint close to the top left corner to see it. Smile

Next, your bike outside an family run type sweet store/vintage sweet store.

The Fog has arrived here at Northern Monkey Towers, so don't fancy this one, even though there is a wind turbine 3 miles from here

This would be so easy for me to get, if my bike wasn't off the road until Friday. Unless I chance blowing it up. Thinking It'll barely go five minutes before overheating at the moment. Sad

The challenge didn't state it had to be a national flag so here is a photo of the national sailing academy with its own flag flying outside (alongside a Union Jack but oh well).

Breakdown truck, briefly "next to" it. Didn't stop for stills because I assumed Dave70 would already have got it. Wink

It resets when I change the battery and it turns out that I don't have OCD - which came as a surprise to me, I have to tell you.
