Hi,

I have a Frank Thomas Leather/Textile mix Jacket, it's red/white/black and has armour at the arms, elbows, shoulders and padding on the back, other than that I don't really know how to describe it!

When I get my bike, I want to invest in the trousers as well but I'm having a really hard time finding anything Frank Thomas online, let alone the trousers!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Toby.

Yeah, I have a frank thomas jacket as well, and am looking at investing in some decent trousers as well. Trouble is with FT, I've found their range is pretty much in every bike shop I've been to, there isn't exaclty ONE place that you can guarantee it'll be in. Not that I can see anyway. They just seem to sell to any bike shop who will take their stuff.

For online stuff, try this.

First4Gear

Can't really find anymore. Strange company FT is.

Damn right it is, I'm desperate to find this Jacket... I've looked through all of those shops that do Frank Thomas... Can't find it there... Does anyone know the jacket I'm talking about? It has a removable lining, leather shoulders, back, and semi leather forearms and has a tribal white patten on the front and back!

I really want the pants for it too! Leather/Tex mix is the way to go! Then all I would need is some boots, gloves and a lid and I'd be set to go!

If a shop does other FT stuff, why don't you ask them to order it in for you?

Because I want to price it online first! I'm not sure where the jacket came from as I bought it off of a friend!

Ring some shops and ask them for prices? Doesn't look like FT really sell on the web.

Or just go to a shop that sells and ask to look at the catalogue cos you're after a particular thing... if you're lucky you'll see how much it costs trade price.

Gericke do a lot of 'tribal' style stuff, thought of having a look there for something to mix n match?

Does it have to be Frank thomas gear?
You could always buy another brand with a similar style and if the zips don't match with you jacket then get new zips put on at a cobblers or somewhere.
I could never find a matching pair of trousers to go with my jacket. Eventually I bought some matching trousers in the Riossi closing down sale (£25) unfortunatley they were about 2 sizes too big but I was able to have them made smaller at a leather alteration place (think that cost about £50) and they put a chunkier zip on both the jacket and the trousers. Thumbs Up
