Tracking down spare parts.. Blue Spots.

So..

Bought a set of Blue spot calipers to fit onto the XJ900 Divvy, and one of them came without the retaining spring/support pad (metal springy clippy thingy on top) or pins.

Now tracking down one of these is a pain in the arse. Only place i can find is in holland and they want me to bend over so they can shaft me.

And its on pretty much every single blue spot caliper there is. Why can't i find one for a reasonable price.

It was hard enough trying to find out what it was called too..

I've tried ebay and entered every combination of words to describe it as i can.. all that pops up is in america.

Anyone know of where i can find one? Think of all the kittens i could save by braking before i hit them..

Looking back at the pictures, from the cheeky angle its hard to see, but there isn't a spring or pins in the picture..

No, haven't checked the local Yamaha dealer as there isn't one local, just loads of Kawasaki dealers..

Yeah just using the standard master cylinder, then you don't have the hassle of trying to get another mirror fixing. Haven't heard of any problems using the orignal ..

Phone up any Yamaha dealer, they'll post it to you. There's a good chance your local Kwak dealer can get the part as well.

I've heard of some issues with the ratios so I picked up a tdm900 master to match, be interested to hear what you think when you get them up and running with the standard

You mean this? Shame they've got the cheapest price on the net, but sadly out of stock just now otherwise you pay more than their price else where!
