About time someone got the balls to drive a Porsche properly lol.
But to be fair there are many sweaty hind moments in that vid.

I like it and thanks for sharing.

Agree totally, plus he gave props to the rider by moving into the hard shoulder to let him pass a few times.

Must have been interesting riding the R1 with a huge VHS camcorder duct taped to the front end back in the 90s Very Happy

Eh? Not even a turbo. Is this in KPH not MPH? IIRC the non turbos only had like 260hp.

Reg doesn't say so. and 94 is too early for a Turbo.

DVLA sometimes dont list turbo cars differently from their NA equivalents.

Looks far to quick to be a non turbo, gotta be over 300 ponies at least and with the acceleration up to 160+ and the weight of the 90s drop top Porkers probably 350/400.

Wasn't the 1994 911 actually a 964, which definitely had a turbo version back then.

the r1 had the legs on the porsche.
he for the most part had the sense to lift off and let the nutter go infront(would you want that guy behind you?)
got a bit close behind the car a couple of times but quite tame motorbike stuff.
guy in the car was stealing it or on drugs.
not fast just dangerous.

Not fast? What kind of mentalist car driver are you to think that wasn't fast!

Driving fast = Will get there quicker than the average Joe.
Driving dangerous = Might get there quicker than the average Joe.

fast dosnt look like its trying to find somewhere to crash.
fast dosnt force other people to brake or take avoiding action.
in the olden days(90's) when i read about people driving fast on the public highway if id seen this guy in the porsche id have gone the other way.

Madness. Definitely go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect £200.

Lucky the gaps stayed wide enough because that had to be a closing speed well in excess of 200mph in places. Nowadays it'd likely end in death what with all the drivers all over the place whilst texting, and cunts just moving onto the white line to stop anyone trying to get past.

There appeared one or two moments as the R1 came off the roundabout where he looked to have run a bit wider than planned... good job he appears to be able to handle a bike.

Although that video camera isn't bad quality to say its (at least) 15 years old.
And convenient that 90% of the time the roundabout entrys were empty.

Phenomenal grip on the round-a-bouts by both parties involved there, I half expected the Porsche to let go a bit but it stuck like glue!
That was the only thing that impressed me though, driving/riding like that needs to stay on the track but that's for another thread.
