Berwyn Leisure Park, N.Wales

Me and a mate decided we would try out Berwyn this weekend, I'm not very experienced at motocross so this place was ideal as it has an enduro section aswell and you can go about at your own pace as it doesn't get too busy!

Bikes all prepped and ready to go -

Unfortunately on the first lap my mate Rich had an off which resulted in a snapped front brake lever and a flat rear tube But luckily the track owner had both so we spent the next hour changing them over! Being relative n00bs we ended up pinching the rear tube

Not a good start, so the rest of the day Rich was running a flat rear with the rim lock done up tight and cable ties around the tyre/rim EPIC TRACTION!

It's an awesome place to ride so will be going back over summer!

Looks like a cool place for some off road fun. I always wanted to get a bike down there when I was in Wales. Is that the only official MX track in North Wales?

Out of curiosity does the park not have the facilities to hose your bike(s) down before leaving?

I ask as been meaning to give local place, BUMPY, a go and I know they do.

Some places have pressure washers, others specifically say no pressure washing at all.


I was meaning to head to bumpy with the Trials bike, but currently me and bike are other end of the country.
