Really sad about martyn's injury but man the guy has some positive outlook on life. Definitely something to learn from.

I was gutted when I heard about Martyn's accident, properly sad for a few days. I've been following his riding since his competitive trials days and he was always in MBUK when I was growing up and spending all of my pocket money on anything to do with mountain bikes. I was always amazed at him and Martin Hawyes' sections in the free MBUK videos and they were both an inspiration to me when I was a young rider.

Martyn's outlook on life is admirable though. I feel guilty every time I make an excuse to not go riding or do something I know I should be doing when I think about Martyn and his attitude towards doing stuff despite what has happened to him..
