Hi,

Hope you've all had good weekends, as I have Smile

Saturday my mum and I went for a second viewing of the house we want (second time for mum, first time I've seen it) it's not bad, not quite what I was expecting, needs a lot of work but only updating/decorating. But that means we can "make it our own" Smile We're going to put an offer in and see how it goes.

Sunday,

Well, up at 6:30 Neutral, ok I lie, my alarm went off at 6:30, I actually got up at 7:00 Rolling Eyes Jump in the car with my mum and we sped off up to High Wycombe in North Londoney area. Found it no problems, met up with my mate and my mum went off back home (thanks for the lift mummy Shifty)

Mate and myself got in his escort, all trailered up Wink ready for a long drive to..........

Yorkshire.

Fuck me was it a long way!! I will never consider London or surrounding areas far away again, you don't appricieate how tiring travelling is until you make a long journey, Portsmouth to Yorkshire was very tiring.

First stop, Wolly Edge Service Station in Huddersfield, quick drink and back out to the car, a nice shiney blue WR450 supermoto comes storming into the car park, heard it from a mile away!! Wink

That was someone dropping off a caliper and wavy disc for my friend Smile He left, on one wheel (in the rain) and we jumped back in the trusty old Escort and carried on our epic journey to Yorkie land!!

Along the M1 we encountered this Shocked :

https://www.cwimedia.co.uk/other/misc/nastyaccident090105.jpg

Looked rather nasty, transit van collided with a people carrier, I think the people carrier passengers were fine, but not so sure about the bloke in the transit. We saw 2 police cars, a fire engine and an air ambulance! Shocked Hope he/they were ok Crying or Very sad

Anyway, slight detor through leads Shhh! Doh! and we find our way to another mates house, where we sat around a table for a few hours chatting, and playing with a "powerball" thing, then messed about with a nitro RC car Very Happy

Was a great day out Very Happy

Oh btw, I came home with this baby Wink Sorry about the pics, bad camera set up!!! Mr. Green

Yes, you could say I'm rather happy, VERY good supermoto spec, braking wave discs, talon/morad wheels, beringer caliper, revalved forks, goldspeed tyres yadda yadda yaa!!!!!! Very Happy

I hope you enjoyed reading about my day as much as I enjoyed doing it Laughing

Now I'm off to crash on the sofa before the Counterstrike clan practice tonight !!! See you then Smile

You can have a go friday, mind, it's a LOT different to the WR. Hydraulic clutch, much perkier, going to make the wicked track bike it's destined for Smile Not ridden it properly yet but it's one hella lot faster than the WR EVER was Very Happy

Actually went up today mate (Sunday) we didn't find it too bad really, funny seeing all those sign post trailer bill board things in the fields scattered over the fields in hundreds of pieces though! Laughing

Got a bit windy on the way back but nothing too bad really.

Wouldn't say excellent....

They were excellent captures, but I had the camera set up wrong for the conditions, and we chose to do the pictures right at the end of the road, by a corner (I kept having to put the wheel down because of the corner, honest Wink) and hiden behind trees, so very dark. Otherwise excellent pictures Thumbs Up

Got more to do Thursday Razz

Not 100% sure what gearing it's on, supermoto sort of spec though, not Mx or anything Laughing

Rode the bike to work this morning and seriously did not want to get off. It is as good as I thought it was times 1000... It's absolutely fooking wicked. It sounds AMAZING. I completely LOVE it Very Happy

Did you get mx wheels as well?

I presume it's a fair bit higher tuned if it's faster than the WR.
What's the maintenance like Confused.

Anyway, enjoy Smile.

It's electric and kick start, no security although it does have a steering lock. You're welcome to try and nick it, although.. it's in the office about 6 or so meters from my desk Very Happy
