Insurance for CG125. Who is best / cheapest?

New to biking, haven't bought a bike yet but am viewing a Cg125 tomorrow.

Wondering which company offers the cheapest insurance.

I've used four compare websites and keep getting returned a lowest premium of £297.25 from Motorcycle Direct.

Any ideas / hints and tips to get this down a little?

£300 give or take is what as new rider on a CG. I thought it was pretty cheap considering the circumstances.

Try TPO a go also, in the scheme of things, shelling out to the insurance in the next few years if your bike gets stolen is not worth the hassle of just purchasing another little CG. Few hundred quid?

my first year on a CG was £292 iirc
second £262 etc (for TPO)
As above, didn't think it was worth shelling out insurance on a POS bike.
