£300 give or take is what as new rider on a CG. I thought it was pretty cheap considering the circumstances.
Try TPO a go also, in the scheme of things, shelling out to the insurance in the next few years if your bike gets stolen is not worth the hassle of just purchasing another little CG. Few hundred quid? ____________________ CBT: 12/06/10, Theory: 22/09/10, Module 1: 09/11/10, Module 2: 19/01/11

Don't make any assumptions about what "should" be cheapest. Some of it is counter-intuitive. Try every combination of these options.
With it garaged (if you have access to one), on driveway, and on-street.
With and without security
Third Party Only, Third Party Fire & Theft, and Fully Comp.
Fiddle with your mileage to the bounds of what it would be reasonable of you to expect. Both bounds, lower and upper. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
