What would you choose for a 600? Considering I ride all year round but not stupid miles just a 6mile commute each day there and back (but grip in the wet is important). Should also be doing one trackday a month or every other.

Was going to get the 010's but Some Pirelli Diablos have come up for £135 a set. Are these any good in the wet, what sort of mileage should I expect to get out of them? Are these similar to the 010's?

Was looking at getting 014's but have heard they aren't that good considering.

If the Diablos are anything like the Dragons I have on my GSXR400 then I'd go for them. Never had any problems in the wet. I worn in the chicken strips on the first day out on them in the rain. Was a fairly long rideout mind you. They grip so well when it's hot, I've had the bike on the rims of the tyres and they never slipped at all. The only down side is they don't last very long. Rear lasted 3000 miles for me. Definetely worth it though especially if you can get them at a good price. Can't really say anything about the 010 or the 014 though.

I was always impressed by the 010s, especially in the wet.

The 014 is supposed to be better.

Dragons wouldn't really last long enough unfortuantely, although I've heard how good they are!

G - S what would you go for between the 014 and Diablo (that's if you've used the Diablo before). On the Hornets Nest they seem to say the 014 isn't a touch on the 010's Confused

I have Diablo Corsas on my Daytona and they definitely grip better than the 010's I had on there previously.

I would say they are about the same in the wet as the 010's and they have lasted well.

The 010's did last better but not by much...

But its probably down to personal preference.

If you have had 010's on there previously, try the Diablos, I don't think you will regret it.

Worst comes to the worst, 010's again in the summer! Smile

I toyed around with this one as well from my ZX6R, in the end when with the Diablos, always been very happy with and I've never had any "moments" (touching wood quickly). I don't ride much in the wet being a FWB but I have heard good reports.
