Right. Yesterday I took my inlet manifold off cleaned it out and put it back on. Went for a long drive and it was great Thumbs Up

Got home, Dumped scooter on the drive, then it started to piss it down. So I went in, started her up and she stalled straight away. I fired her up again and reved like fuck, Stayed running, Rode it up the drive and into the garage where it stayed til today...

I went to ride to work at 4 and I got out of the drive, opened her up and she bogged down and started gargling... Now if I keep my revs at about half, its fine, anything near full revs and it gargles...
In the end I got a lift to work. Got home at 6.45

I went out at 7 oclock and took the covers off the engine and took the carb off, gave it a good clean etc etc...
THEN I saw all the shit build up around my engine. So I got the brissle drill bit and ended up polishing all the engine to mirror Laughing

Anyway, I cleaned EVERYTHING and put it all back together (Apart from wheel and engine side cover) started her with the drill and seemed fine but im not sure if it will be fine when I actually ride it...

Do you think it could be that I took my inlet manifold off that its bogging down, Or is it more likely to be the moisture in the carb?

remember ben when i didnt have my filter cover on, well i think you might have moisture in ur air filter from when it pissed it down, also you may have damp in your carb.

its happend to mine bout 4 times!

hence the coke can Very Happy

clean ur filter out and dry it Thumbs Up

When it starts up it should plume out White smoke-from the damp- thats what mine did Mr. Green

Right!

Ive sorted it!

I striped the engine down and took the wheel and everything off. Took all the inlet manifold off and the carb. Changed all the gaskets for new ones. cleaned everything up. Polished the engine to mirror and it runs nice now...
