Hi Quite new to biking so this is probably a dumb question but can any one tell me the best way to do a transmission oil change on an nsr 125 and the best oil to use?

If you use this link it will tell you all you need to know, I can't remember what oil I use, viscosity etc, but I'm sure someone on here will know. Silkolene is always a good start.
