Did it start /run before you fitted all the new bits?

Might be the CDI that's the issue.. try putting standard parts back until it works again.

Did you re-jet the carb?

Sounds like you need to correct the fuel/air mixture by adjusting jet size in carb.

Here is a GENERIC diagram of a carb
https://photos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs011.snc1/4467_81669789885_542829885_1603941_225580_n.jpg
yours is probably different

1. remove carb from scoot
2. remove float bowl (the BOTTOM of the carb )

inside you will see some thing similar to this

https://lh4.ggpht.com/_V3xFv5XAQi4/SSdPFrW275I/AAAAAAAAAQY/SeNM5pYUu3Y/s800/carbs%20007%20copy.jpg

The main jet is the biggest one, it will have numbers on it.

3. buy the next 3 sizes BIGGER main jet ( yes buy all three jets )

4.Try each jet one at a time until you find one that runs the best - if its the biggest one take smaller two back and swap for the next two bigger sizes so you can try even bigger jets.

5. You should end up with one jet that runs good, the next size will be ok but a bit rich and the next one up will probably be crap.

Make sure bike is well warmed up before deciding if a jet is good / bad, take it for a good ride - but DONT hammer it. A jet that is too rich takes about 10mins to foul the plug and start causing trouble.

A jet that is too lean will make engine run very hot and you will seize or blow it up.

Be sensible and logical and you should get it near right.

Chance are you'll bin the new exhaust and put the old one back on lol

Yeah, you've broken it by putting all that shit onto it without knowing what you're doing.

Put it back to standard and use it until you can afford a 125 maybe?

gavcarter hit the nail on the head with that explanation.

Timmeh just knocked the nail in even further and pushed it out the other side.

Tomkendy09 - you've put in some bits that are advertised as 'go-faster' but without properly adjusting them all to work with eachother, hence it's bogging down.

I recommend either putting back to standard, or take to a reputable garage and explain what you've done, and that you'd like them (at your cost) to get it running correctly, either by re-jetting the carb or seeing if anything else is the matter. Third option is DIY, but we can see how well that's gone so far Wink

And just for the fun of it, here's a photo of the carb off my RXS I instagrammed last night. Main jet is in the middle, idle (pilot) jet on the left recessed in.
