Hi guys, new to this forum so bare with me.
I have a sym jet 50 basix 2 stroke. Owned since January. A fees weeks ago, the bike started cutting out after I hit a pot hole or manhole cover. I was told that I just disturbed the float in the carb. Started up fine straight away.

A few days ago I hit a pot hole & the bike cut out. Nothing out of th norm. But when I started it back up, it refused to go above 10 mph. Parked it up for the night and it was fine the next day.

It did it again last night, but this time it hasn't fixed it's self.

I've looked for loose connections on the carb. Sprayed carb cleaner through it, cleaned the air filter, checked the spark plug and ht lead & listened for any air leaks in the manifold but nothing. The bike has no mods, it's just been deresticted.

Any help would be great!

blocked jet or crap stuck under float needle probably.(probably moved when you went over that bump!) you will need to strip the carb, its easy, just take your time
