Just got back from watching this tonight.
It's a good watch and deffo worth the £4 I paid.
Trailer > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2PYw2_fTEw

If it was a film about road racing in general I would be a bit pissed, for the same reason as I was pissed off by the MotoGP film Faster.

Faster was 2 hours of "death is round the corner" and compare that to TT:Closer to the edge which is very exciting...

But as the Dunlops have been slapped several times by tragedy it would be a shit film if they didn't show or say anything about the great wins and the terrible losses.

There was a live Q&A with William and Michael Dunlop along with John McGuinness and hosted by Suzi Perry.
A 20ft Suzi was a nice sight.

The Q&A was funny, couple of good jokes were bounced about.

Deffo worth watching it on the big screen just for seeing the onboard footage.

Was a good watch. There was a very conspicuous lack of Guy Martin in it though, probably be design. Especially that little comment in the QA at the end.

Thought it was a little pot/kettle when Suzi was poking John about his age though!

Yeah watched it last night, thought it was really good, pretty tragic in parts..

The Q&A was good, pretty sure they put it on late for us thoifh cause we were sat for a long time after the credits before it came on...

Bit pissed off they charged £12.50!!!!!!

But to be fair I haven't been to the cinema in years, so for a one-off I don't mind that much..

Would like to see this but according to the official website, it was a one off viewing, surely that doesn't make sense? Hopefully it'll be on again at some point.

I think it was a trial run, which will be extended to a full sets of showings at cinemas. TT3D did similar so I'm hoping this is the case.

Watched on BBC NI the other night. It really puts you through the emotional wringer.

I couldn't measure my respect admiration for Michael and William after seeing this. Just, well....immense.

The weight of the Dunlop familiy's losses and the shared glory of their many wins add up to an amazing history that rides with them both very time they race.

There was a glimpse of Michael's emotional side in this years TT when William crashed and all Michael wanted to do at the finish was to check his brother was OK.

However, that was nothing compared to the story told of his ferocious determination to race and subsequent victory at the Northern, 2 days after his Dad was killed. Seeing him literally collapse as he finished was heart-breaking.
