Hi,

I think I overfilled my bike oil after changing oil and filter. The haynes manual said 2.6 liter and think by mistake did put it around2.8

i know having more in the engine will cause issues not sure what type of issues but guess there will be way to much oil.

should I drain it or leave it ?

Thanks

Leave it. If its the SV it will burn it, if its the R6 it'll burn it.

Check the air filter in a few hundred miles, if its covered in oil then its sorted itself out.
