Apology if repost. Did a quick search, didn't jump out at me.

Saw this a bit back on one of the Facebook feeds.
I see it's already been on Visordown.
Posting here for info for anyone who doesn't frequent other forums.

Basically the image has been manipulated. Blurb says just to remove mist (to make image clearer) and add in the junction .

Causing controversy as apparently gives credence to the SMIDSY brigade saying stuff like "We told you it's not our fault, you really can't see a bike".

Plus adding ammunitions to the safety nazis saying compulsory hi-viz is a must.

Nice almost into the sun shot, I'm glad we don't have glass lenses for eyes...

Most of the haze and lack of contrast is due to the camera the sun is hitting the front elements of the lens and causing the contrast to get washed out.

If people were in slightly less hurry to get to the hairdressers they would be able to spend an extra 2 seconds actually checking at junctions rather than a millisecond glimpse before they rush off to their vitally important appointment.
