Well I started my new job today at Infinity morotcycles. So if your in the farnborough area pop in and say hello to the short blonde one (that would be me Smile )
Also had a /really/ rough weekend that has made me see the light on drugs. All they bring is misery and poverty. So Ive knocked that on the head.
And I have even started reading books!
I'm upto chapter 5 of A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and i'm actually enjoying it!
So life has sorted itself out for me, thought I would share my joy with you all. Very Happy
Sorry about the sketchy post, but I am exhausted. Mr. Green

Oh yeah, if David Watkins and Rob Puttick (think it's Rob anyway) still work there, pass them my thanks for the hire bike to (ab)use.

What department you working in?

Nice to see someone sorting themselves out Thumbs Up

Had an old school mate who took load's of shit and got into load's of trouble. He was a general pikey kid and not very clever given, but at heart he wasnt a bad person, just brought up in the wrong arear and easily missled. He still causes trouble and get's into trouble and take's lot's of shit though Thumbs Down

Best to ge away from that stuff IMO.

Sound's like a good job too Smile

It's hard to get away when 99% of your friends do them on a weekly basis. It's not that they are bad people, it's just the culture. I'm not just talking about a bit of weed either.
But I reckon I'm doing alright, saving for test and Grey Import 400! Very Happy

Hitchhiker's Guide is a classic, and the sequels too. They're making a film at the moment, which hopefully Hollywood won't screw it up.

meh drugs are fine in moderation. Simple as.

Altho one thing to really watch out for is getting into a 'im depressed, ill go get stoned' mentality, as it gets you even more cynical and negative.

I should know, i was in that cycle.

Im off while im at college, or at least defo off skunk. Hash is liveable within the realms of the odd joint, bonging is still a no no. Thing is all my mates offer it. Damn them. Had to turn it down today.

At the moment im cutting (well more phasing i should say as i still do all) out... beer, fags, pot, bikes, women and spending. Well sorta anyway.

Due (respectively) to loss of figure, money, memory, skin/money, esteem/drive/drive for anything cept conquest/lax responsibility - aka condoms Shocked + self explanatory really.

So far only thing ive managed to abstain from from choice is pot, and by necessity bikes. Fun stuff Neutral

i am sorry, but i have to disagree. i dont think drugs are fine in moderation at all. you might smoke pot 3 times a week, for 15 years, then all of a sudden you realise you cant help your 10 year old with their homework. long term affects of drugs, in moderation or not, are still bad for you.
