With a K&N air filter, Allspeed exhaust and 24mm Delhorto I have a 120 main jet. Spark plug looks just about perfect with that setup.

I was guessing that a 110 would be ok for standard carb, pipe and a k & n?

Well, you can try that out and check your spark plug to see if it's running rich or lean. It should be dry and a nice tan colour, though being dark tan/black and a little wet is ok as well. Best to use a new spark plug before testing it that way Wink.
