I don't get why people are moaning about it.

10 euros for 10 day vignette is a bargain, it costs 25 euros to get to paris and back on the french system on a bike.

Apart from that, the roads are in pretty fine order and i don't mind paying for that.

Swiss is about £33 per year, the German system will be much more but then it is probably 20x larger in size.

For tourists, it's cheaper. a week in swiss =£33 annual vignette, germany 10 euros for a 10 day vignette

Also, big hurdle is getting it past the EU, as it suggests in that article.
