Anyone done it?

Plenty of top-notch groupsets advertised on ebay from Hong Kong, Taiwan etc. for much cheapness.

Are they the real deal? Are people getting humped by customs?

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Customs should be the least of your worries.

look for second hand barely used groupsets frequently advertised on bikeradar classified forums. Thumbs Up

Had a £150 frame sent to me from the US. HMRC stung me for about £35 import duty but luckily Parcelforce very kindly paid it for me, then invoiced me for it along with a £15 admin fee...

Left a somewhat bitter taste.
