I have bianchi cross bike(hybrid bike?) and ride for about 40-50 minutes after work 2 or 3 times a week for fitness purpose. I recently feel pain on my hip.
I always wear trunks under cycling pants, but I started wearing trunks, inner cycling pants, and cycling pants now. But I still feel pain in my hip.
So I tried adjusting my saddle fore and back, but no change.
How do you think you can stop hip pain?

Get your set up checked by somebody that knows what they're doing.

Also, cycling shorts should be against the skin with nothing under them at all.

Whereabouts is the pain in your hip? The best way to deal with cycling pain is to work out precisely where it's hurting and look at what muscles and joints are connected there. From there you can start adjusting things accordingly.

Alternatively get a bike fit done, it seems like a lot of money but like a proper suspension setup, the results are incredible.

If you are simply getting a sore arse then as mentioned, try riding out with padded road tights and nothing underneath them, if you're still hurting after that sort of time then you need to start trying new saddles. Just don't automatically assume padded efforts are more comfortable, shape is everything.

Thanks for your advice. My pain is here(inside of right thigh where saddle side touches)
I will try wearing my padded road tights without trunks under it.
If I can't solve my pain after a few rides adjusting saddle etc, I'm going to think of trying new saddle too.

That's likely a seam rubbing and making things sore. Definitely ditch the trunks! I did a 4+hour ride last week and my arse was about the only thing that wasn't aching afterwards Smile

Ah that's groin pain, not hip pain. You're excused as English is not your mother tongue.

Ditch underwear with padded shorts.

Assos cream is fantastic for stopping chaffing and saddle soreness. Not cheap mind.
