The original MAG UK was wound down after losing court case for bullying and intimating employees so they transferred assets to avoid paying (some info here).

Original was MAG UK, new company is Motorcycle Action Group Ltd. What company does your letter say?

M.A.G.(uk) Ltd (t/a The Motorcycle Action Group)

Company number 02681957

Looks like the old company then.

Motorcycle Action Group Ltd company number appears to be 08848806. Can't see a company secretary though (thought a company needed a secretary legally?).

Still registered at the same address as M.A.G. (UK) (the old one), OAKSLADE STATION ROAD, HATTON, WARWICK, UNITED KINGDOM, CV35 7LH. Had a few assets, £161K and £127K in the bank (whether that's a lot for a company?).

So yes, old company. They didn't owe you any money did they?

FWIW Mag Foundation Limited appears to have assets. Not sure what they do or how connected to Motorcycle Action Group or bikers though? Thinking
I would guess at the charity Mag-foundation.org but my anti virus says that's a high risk web site Sad
Also registered at same address is MAG Media Limited.

Crikey, nuMAG have had one director resign already. Didn't take long for those baubles to be ejected from the perambulator.

BTW Tracy Lynn Smith appears to have resigned to make way for Mr Neil Francis Liversidge (resigned 11 March 2014, appointed 11 March 2014 respectively).

Otherwise it'd be MAG lite?
All the taste of the old MAG but without the management Wink
Shame another company has dibs on that.
