Just doing some research for a friend.

She has a buckled rear wheel on her '99 125. There's a rear wheel for a 250 on ebay that looks in decent nick... at least, there are no missing or bent spokes which is already an improvement. The tyre sizes for the two bikes are identical and looking at the two side by side (online) it looks right. Does anyone have any experience to tell me it will definitely fit? Karma

Cross refference part numbers to see if it's a straight swap, if not you will need to get the spindle and spacers and then measure everything to get it as close as possible.

I worked out the GPZ500 rear wheel would be a straight swap on my ER500 by checking part numbers and stuff, I just need to weld a hoop on for my rear brake hose and a slide for the caliper to sit correctly.
