Can somebody explain what it is about a woman on wheels that is so intoxicating? Question

For the last three days in a row on my North London journey to work I have pulled up to a woman on what I now know is a CBR 400. The bike itself looks ace, yellow dominated colour scheme with loads of decals - looks track worn and well travelled. Thumbs Up

Day one: I see her, and this bloke on a big black old beemer chatting briefly at the lights by Angel Tube. Hmm, nice bike, I thought. Rolling Eyes

Day two: I pull up alongside them both, with her in the middle and watch the exchange . . .

As soon as the beemer noticed she was there, he turned and gave a cheesy thumbs-up. It had obviously totally made his morning that he'd seen her twice in a row. Then, clearly emboldened by her nod in response, flipped up the front of his helmet and then just kind of sat there not saying anything, staring at her with a round face and dopey grin. Laughing

It was as if he expected her to dismount the honda, pop her lid and give him a big snog, but at the same time knew it was never going to happen. He then mentioned something about the wind.

I'm not having a pop at the guy, it was just funny how this woman had definitive sex appeal, so much so that this 40 something bloke turned into a blushing twelve year old boy with a crush on his babysitter. Embarassed

Day three (today): I catch her at the lights and then follow for a bit (in my direction of intended travel rather than stalker like). It was truly spell binding. Most women riders that I have seen, and most men for that matter, have a fairly non-descript riding style. But this girl had buckets. Arse hanging off the seat round the corners, engine screaming (does she, I wondered), weaving through the scooters and firing down the straights. At one point she red-lined it, creating an almighty racket. I turned round to see it was her way of telling a cager he had just cut up the wrong woman. Twisted Evil

Anyway, I was in a total trance. And I had all sympathy for the beemer, because when I caught up with her, I found my self caught in an even lamer exchange than he.

Me: Is that the 400?
Her: Yes.
Me: Oh. Shocked

Even a stone cold cynic like myself was left totally slack-jawed and be-dribbled by what was probably quite an average looking woman raping her little sports bike like the little bitch she wanted it to be (just like in American Pie when flute girl screams at Jim, "What's my name Bitch"), looking cool and leaving me to metaphorically stall at the lights as she etched a fat, rubbery number 1 into the tarmac.

Well I haven’t seen a lady on a bike for a long time now, I read this yesterday and was thinking about my GF getting a bike, how kool would that be?!. Anyway that’s not why I’m replying.

I was coming back from town after picking up some CD’s, and I got to the junction in Tewkesbury to go to either Cheltenham or Gloucester, there is a JET garage near the junction and I thought I’d pull in a get some cig’s.
I stopped and saw what I thought was a bloke on a bike with another bike next to him facing away from me, at second glance I saw the long blonde hair from the back of the helmet! Kool, so I looked closer, she was sat on a blue Bandit, new one, and next to her was a Ducatti 900 super sport??
As I was getting to the door of the garage a brunette biker maiden in full leathers opened it and saw the helmet (my bike one) lol “Hiya!” she said, door closes on my foot as I watch. She gets on the Duke and starts it up, geese I know what you mean it’s silly, I was just staring.
My GF has to get a bike!

If it's the bird I think your talking about then yeah I know her. Nice looking brunette but haven't seen her in about 8 months, met her in enfield but know she doesn't live there.
