Hi, after a ride i found some oil in a small ammount near the connection of 2 parts of the engine. Now the leak is very small and it seems to come every time from another part of the connection. I think that i might have too much oil but i checked and it seems fine. What else could it be?

cant photo now will upload tomorow..

i did another check and i had excess oil.. about 150ml over. i removed the excess and now i have it on normal ammount. this explain why i had those leakings and why they werent from the same place exactly.. anyway now after i removed the excess oil what next need to be done? replace seals? use sillicon? what damage could i have? i dont feel any difference in engine.

I would of left the excess in because the amount isn't a big deal and wouldn't of caused the leaks. And what to do next? Find the leak would be a start lol, someone mentioned a good way to find leaks by using talc powder/baby powder.

Wash the bike and wipe it all until clean and dry, put powder on the engine from where you suspect the leak to be from, run the bike while keeping an eye on any signs of oil.
