Quick reply, have a look at www.minimoto.co.uk and www.minimotoclub.com/vb/ for bikes for sale and places to ride near you. Polini 6.2 is a good bike to look for. You are better buying second hand ones rather than cheaper new ones as the cheap new ones are exactly that cheap, lower quality, slower and not really useable with proper minimoto's.

Get one just don't be a dick a load of scallies got minimotos for christmas and instantly think they are road legal, therefore in thye night they think it is OK to be on the roads with them when they have no lights so you don't see them anyway. Rolling Eyes

I want a one too, but not for riding, just so I can tart it up and sit it on my desk Very Happy Am I going to buy one however? Not unless I find myself with too much money in my bank account!

I got a Blata 3.5 for Xmas, Used it loads recently (about 6 tanks full) Just after Xmas we went down the local Park and Ride for a blast (Everyone goes down there for a Sun and Tues) there were loads down there, All brand new cags (The £200 ones) thashing around the carpark

Every week theres less and less, Half of them spend most of the time fixing them or just trying to start them.

Went down there tonight and theres 2 other cars (compared to about 15 when we first went down) who didnt really do much because they couldnt get it started. A few last week had blown engines too. So either most of them got bored and dont turn up or they're all broken...

I ran mine in properly, It starts almost first time and runs perfectly... Like with most things, You pay for what you get.

I saw a few minimotos today. I thought they were really cool. pretty quick as well. If I wasn't strapped for cash after my recent lobbing of my bike, then I would most definitely consider buying one Thumbs Up

Have a look at this page of places to ride near you, you'll find riding on minimoto tracks (basically go kart tracks) much more fun than riding in car parks. Thumbs Up
