For sale, from Rayleigh, South East Essex. 2011 CBF125 31k miles, no tax, no MOT. Owner serviced, full documentation of service history including all part receipts.
Selling due to moving house and work sites, making it easier for me to commute by train. Moving house again soon and need it gone.
Has been kept garaged but ridden all year round, used as a commuter by one owner with a full license. Never ragged, just ridden a lot (but not since last September). Engine starts easily and runs. Brakes, fork stanchions, chain/sprockets etc all working well.
Read about my experiences and a lot of background information about the bike on my blog - https://cbf125rider.wordpress.com
Has Cyclone V2 alarm fitted, Givi E30 top box with extra brake light attachment. Givi Tall Screen. Few spare bits included, Oxford Hardcore padlock and chain, Oxford Junior disc lock, bulbs and brake pads. Haynes and Honda service manuals included. Fork gaiters fitted - the forks underneath are immaculate. Includes spare keys for the bike, locks and top box.
Known issues: small bend on one of the centre stand legs but usable, couple of small holes in the exhaust causing it to blow, slight whine coming from the alternator side of the engine (suspected starter clutch but haven't investigated), uses about 60ml oil every 300 miles so may benefit from a top end rebuild, which is typical at this kind of mileage. Scuffed left hand side front fairing. Surface corrosion in various places but not terrible (typical for this model). Rear tyre tread is legal but the tyre should be replaced as it's nearly worn out.
Treat it more as a fixer-upper project rather than something you'll be able to ride away and be 100% happy with.
You'll get everything you see in the photos that relate to the bike. The bike is SORN - you'll need to arrange your own transportation for it. Any questions ask away!
